A confirmation letter is then emailed to both parties with the testimony information. MMO provides cost estimates and late cancellation timeframes to our client. Pre-trial or pre-arbitration conferences are expedited and additional medical records can be forwarded to the expert. If the case settles or is rescheduled, this is communicated to the expert immediately.
