The benefits to physicians that work with MMO are numerous. First, we provide malpractice insurance coverage to all of the physicians that work with us. This may be a big benefit to those who do not carry this insurance any longer as it is a requirement by our insurance company customers that this be in place.
Another benefit for physicians that work with MMO is the way we organize and sort files in comparison to the condition of similar files sent by many other vendors (this feedback comes from many doctors directly and unsolicited). We are known for our excellent sorting. We both organize the records and include a brief chronology for IMEs. We provide a complete chronology for file reviews. The result is that doctors reportedly spend far less time getting an understanding of the sequence of events and keys issues of the case and are thus less likely to miss anything important. Exams go more smoothly and the resulting doctor report is more easily prepared, thorough and evidence-based.
MMO has also received a great deal of unsolicited, positive feedback on the excellent quality of its transcription on doctor-dictated reports.
